2019 Chevrolet Camaro

Since we had driven the Ford Mustang both in Coupe and Convertible versions we wanted to compare those with the current Chevrolet Camaro and it was time we did so.

As said, I was pre-judging the Mustang because it had such a high hood and was not suggesting a lot of modern package engineering consideration had been going into it. I am still of the believe that a low center of gravity should be vital in a sports car, and with the hood that huge it was clearly not what I was hoping for.

Enter the Camaro, with just as high a hood, but in this version with a front mask aimed at making it appear less monumental. Still, it too is a massive vehicle. In the bright yellow color it does atrackt a lot of attention and still is associated with the Bumble Bee name from the movie franchise, so marketing still works.
