The 2013 Buick Regal clearly shows its European origins in its exterior and interior design, and I love it. It features taut lines, interesting surface sculpture, and a lot modernity in style and proportions.

With a clearly different body styling in comparison to the LaCrosse, the regal offers a distinctive enough look to set it apart from its Chevrolet counterparts, even though the Opel typical side scoop does not feature on any other American GM product.

Build quality is very good, interior design is up to par. All of this is not Lexus, but it is definitely better than Toyota. Can it compete with the upcoming new Hyundai’s and Kia’s? At least it doesn’t show off as badly as the Mazda6 does.
